Living with a stoma
is personal.

You know what daily life with an ostomy bag looks like. The routine, the adjustments, the moments you plan around it. OstomySecure is developing something designed to change that experience: the TIES system, a patient-controlled approach to daily stoma management.

A different approach to
stoma care.

TIES is a patient-controlled system: a discreet lid you manage day to day, controlled emptying when it suits you, supported by an enabling implant at the stoma site.

01

The lid you control

The TIES system puts you in control of timing. A discreet lid you manage keeps the stoma site sealed and low-profile between emptying. When it suits you, proprietary accessories allow controlled emptying at scheduled times.

02

The enabling implant

TIES is a small titanium device placed at the stoma site during standard surgery. It creates a controlled pathway for emptying and forms the stable interface the lid and accessories connect to, designed to reduce dependence on continuous pouch wear.

03

Where it stands today

TIES is currently being evaluated in a pivotal clinical study (C03) across 12+ hospital sites in 5 countries. It has not yet received marketing authorization and is not available for purchase.

Real experiences.
Real lives.

People who have participated in TIES clinical studies share what daily life looked like before and after. These are quality-of-life reflections, not medical claims.
